Data collected
One form on this site collects data, the partner application form. It collects:
- Required fields: full name, work email, country of residence, network description, profile type, markets of interest.
- Optional fields: phone, company name, regulatory reference (carte T, brokerage licence, trade register), expected number of introductions, how you heard about the programme.
- Technical data: campaign parameters present in the landing URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, ref) where they exist, and your IP address.
The site collects no data without your knowledge outside this form. No special category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is requested. Please do not enter information about your own clients in the description field: describe a type of client, not identifiable individuals.

Your data is not used for any marketing unrelated to this programme. It is never sold, rented or exchanged.
Recipients and processors
- Sole recipient: SWISS PRO 360 REAL ESTATE L.L.C, for reviewing applications.
- Data hosting: Supabase, database hosted in the European Union, Stockholm region (Sweden). No application data is stored outside the European Union.
- Site hosting: Netlify, Inc. The site being static, no form content passes through that host: the submission goes straight from your browser to the European database.
Retention periods
- Application with no follow-up: three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
- Declined application: twelve months, so the decision can be evidenced and the same file is not processed twice, then deleted.
- Signed partner: for the term of the contract, then retention limited to what accounting and tax obligations require.
- Technical log containing the IP address: seven days.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data. To exercise it, write to contact@swisspro360.com from the email address used in the form, or including something that identifies you. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In France that is the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It uses no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party analytics service, and no font loaded from an external server. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
If analytics were ever installed, this page would be updated before it went live and a notice would be presented to you.
Security
The tables holding applications are not publicly exposed. The form writes through a single server-side function that validates every field, rate-limits by IP address, and answers identically whether it is a first application or a correction, which makes it impossible to discover which addresses are already registered. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
